Return & Exchange Policy

Free & Easy

No worries, if you're in the contiguous US, we've got you covered -- return shipping's on us! 

To initiate an online return or exchange, please email us OR fill out the form below. 

We'll get back to you ASAP with a prepaid return label for your items. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the return label (via email) to send your items back. We will initiate a refund once we receive your return package.

International Purchases

International customers will be responsible for return shipping, if necessary.

30 Days - Refund

We're happy to issue a full refund if items are returned within 30 days of placing your order. In order to be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Upon receipt of items, a refund will be issued in the original payment method. Please allow 3 business days from receipt of items to receive credit for the return.

90 Days - Exchange or Store Credit

We're happy to issue an exchange or store credit if items are returned within 90 days of placing your order. In order to be eligible for an exchange or credit, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must be in the original packaging with tags attached.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we'll provide store credit for the amount that you paid for the item. 

Personalized Items

Unfortunately, personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Gifted Items

If you're returning items you received as a gift, you will receive store credit in the amount that the gift giver paid for the items. When returning a gifted item, please make sure to let us know in your email!

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Sale Items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Items Purchased Through Other Retailers

We're only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through Westyn Baby via our website. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned through that retailer.
